Im not joking and looking for serious answers. Here my situation:20 years old still living at home. Community College burnout and job firing. How can I feel good about myself without drugs, alcohol, or tobacco?

Ok so i was wondering if this could have made me happy because i have done this before a few times and i got horribly sad very quickly and my thinking got all irrational. but i just did this on monday last week i think and i feel great. i took wellbutrin since more than a year and got buspar like 2 weeks before i stopped taking it a week ago. and what should i put on my grocery store list. you can read the below idk why i typed so much i didn’t notice until i was done.
Ok so this week i have just felt amazing and when i look at today maybe it doesn’t look more amazing than most days but i have just felt GREAT even though my mom got really mad at me kind of out of the blue. could this be part of why i feel great? (i stopped taking my wellbutrin which i had been taking for about a year and this new anxiety med which i got a few weeks ago) i stopped taking both of those like 5 days ago and have felt really good. yesterday and i didnt even mind waking up at 6! no i woke up before and couldnt go back to bed cuz i had to get up early before school and went to the park which is like a mile away with my friend and smoked a few bowls. then i got to school and when school had about started is was like 2 hours after i smoked and i still felt great if possible even beater but less dreamy like happier but stuff felt less surreal and my high never lasts longer than 2 hours really well it usually wears off and is this kinda sleepy feeling but not now) and in school first period i did well on this thing i had no idea what i was doing exactly though then after like 15 minutes i just got to copy notes from the board and focus on my handwriting and the music was amazing on my shuffle list just amazing. then i got tests back and papers back throughout the day that were from yesterday and a few days ago and i got 100 on this spanish quiz which i thought was really hard and 100s and high 90s on other things. in gym it was so nice out and we got to go outside and “had” to run laps. it was amazing though! the best songs kept coming on and i felt still high almost and i just jogged and then walked to look around then jogged cause it felt great then i came inside and which i hadn’t because i wanted to be outside but couldn’t go back outside and i didn’t feel like playing basketball or really talking much so i sat down but then someone came over and i talked and didn’t really mind because i wanted to talk just listen to my ipod more. then i went to the gym after school and swam laps and it was so peaceful and nice even though i don’t own goggles and couldn’t find any there and was sharing the lane with a slow person who didnt really stay in their side i didn’t mind at all! and i saw this girl when i was coming back who goes to my school and she had forgotten stuff and she kind o fintimidates me usually a little bit because she is so confident and older but she didn’t and i lent her some stuff and in the car on the way home my mom got realllllllly mad at me because she was having a bad day and i laughed and said she couldn’t touch me and i didn’t care and felt great. then she stormed off to take my brother somewhere and i had a bowl and felt guilty about being rude back to her and a bit bad because i feel bad for her i think she would be happier with a slightly diff life.. but at the same time like it wasn’t my responsibility. and then i cleaned like our whole downstairs which was SOOOOO messy my head was like i must clean! and now that is done and i’m about to go to the grocery store, i’m making a list. it has colors and backgrounds and sh*t it’s so cool but idk what to put on it except for mango sorbet and water balloons cuz i need those for later but what else should i put on it? and what should i do today and how can i keep this super cheery feeling? idk i’m thinking of going there then messing around on the computer like i’ve been doing for the past half hour for an hour and then doing my homework and cleaning my room and maybe the other upstairs room too and recleaning any mess made downstairs and vacumming and watching a tv episode and maybe doing art then practicing guitar then maybe going on a bikeride but it will be late. and i don;t feel like sleeping. and at 5 i will take a shower then watch the sunrise then meet my friend at 6 to go to the park then go to school at 8 am but what should i do in between 12am-5am right now it is 8.
