Question by sydney: A gift for someone who has completed a smoke-free year?
My dad has just completed his first smoke-free year after quitting smoking on October 10th of 2005. He’s been smoking since 1970 so it’s really huge and I am so proud of him. What would be a good gift to get him on his one year anniversary?!? Thanks for the help!

how nice that you want to reward your dad for his efforts. but you know the rewards he is reaping from being healthier and living longer are greater than anything you could purchase for him. If it were me, I would simply get a pretty card and write in it how proud you are of him.

I am never aroung smoke I also have a massive headache this has been going on all day…what could it be?

If you are positive you don’t have a closet smoker lurking about, you should go see your doctor, especially since you have a headache too. Could be something wrong with your nose; could be something wrong with your brain. See your doctor and eliminate what you can. My fake odor is still there from time to time even though no one can find a cause. I don’t have headaches though; if I did, I would be making a way bigger fuss.
