I killed it mixing up the spritz cookies. Nearly 20 years of service, and the stiff spritz dough finally does it in. (Smoke started coming out of the beater holes, so I thought it best to unplug and pitch.)

Then I thought "wow, I wish her shirt were longer – is that a kid on a leash? – what is that pink blob in the background? – when will ankle tattoos go out of style? do all men who wear wife beaters beat their wives? – is that camo back there, I can’t tell since they’re invisible? – where did I put my xanax?"

To beat the heat, Sam and I hung out and drank some beers…. even with alcohol he is not the best conversationalist. Listens really well though….

Yes… Me… drinking beer. It is that hot! I hate beer. Yet in the last 2 days I have drank more of them than i have in the last 3 years combined. the heat is getting to me. Must be. No other explanation.

and to top off this white trash moment… yes i was eating chips and salsa sitting in a tattered lawn chair on the back patio (would have been the back porch, but as it happens that IS the current construction debris about to be named) surrounded by construction debris while drinking afore mentioned beer.

Guess its true…. you can take the boy out of the trailer park, but you can never truly get the trailer park out of the boy…
