Question by : How healthy did i eat today? dinner ideas?
Im on a low carb, high protein diet…and trying to eat around 1200-1400 calories a day.
Breakfast: Smoothie made with 1 tbs peanut butter organic, 1 banana, 1 scoop whey protein mix and 1/2 cup silk milk and some ice.
i usually never drink smoothies but my mommy bought a new blender and i wanted to try it out
lunch: 1 weight watchers bagel with 1/2 cup egg beaters, some veggies, weight watchers cheese and 1 slice canadian bacon lean
snack: apple and 1 tbls peanut butter organic.
my mom made smoked ham for dinner…would that be healthy to eat? or should i have a stir fry or some kind of salad with chicken for dinner?
i also have shrimp, imitation crab, a butter nut squash, boneless skinless chicken breast…any ideas? i like to stay away from carbs as much as possibly at night, and keep my dinner pretty light. thanks!

u could have a little ham if that’s what she made and then with it a big salad…maybe eat a few shrimp since that’s a lower fat protein source compared to ham which is high fat..
by the way, eat whole eggs; egg beaters are a waste and not as healthy for weight loss as whole eggs.

Ok, So I want to become more healthy (not thin) and whenever I have tried a healthy living plan it always goes to pieces very quickly and I can’t think of good ideas. I am not talking all about food (though some ideas would be appreciated) I mean maybe some day to day things that will make me a bit more healthy

no smoking,no drinking,less sugar ,less salt ,less fat;
more fish,vegetables and fruit.
not too much coffee or cow milk.
exercise -swim ,jog or play any sport .
sleep 7 hours each night and no tv in your bed room.
meditate ,breathe ,sense nature around you
